Stress is a condition involving demand of physical or mental energy. This demand on mind body occurs when you try to cope with incessant changes in life. It covers a huge range of phenomena, from mind irritation to the kind of severe problems that might result in a real breakdown of health. Signs of stress might be cognitive, emotional, physical or behavior. Thus stress is synonymous of a negative condition; a total stress free life is not synonymous of growth and progress in an individual’s life. For any growth to happen there must be a certain amount of pressure to stretch your normal capabilities. And you can find pressure in very aspect of this creation leading to a new form of existence. The universe is movement and to move you need force of pressure. If there were no pressure, will water be absorbed by the soil, by the roots? if there’s no pressure will a child be born. Stress is a pressure that nature or the universe creates to push you in the next level of growth. Hence, and optimal stress is always essential but today the curse of modern society is immense psychological pressure and this is precisely because of a transition or shift happening from one civilization to another at a rapid step. The emergence of the new and the termination of the old is creating great stress. There is an accelerated change in every sphere. People whom are not able to adapt to the new are put through an enormous stress. However the demand of the hour is not only to equip yourself with new skills, but also to also work on the integration of the families. Healthy family system will certainly provide you with the strength, the intelligence and the appropriate emotional state, to which stand this challenging times. Therefore focus on improving your family relationships.
